Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At BloomPath Counseling, your time and well-being are important to us. We understand that life happens, and we’re happy to work with you to reschedule appointments when needed.

  • Rescheduling Notice: Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your session. This helps us accommodate all clients and maintain a smooth schedule.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a session is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment:
    • First occurrence: 50% of the session fee
    • Second occurrence: 100% of the session fee
  • How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can reach us by email, phone, or through your client portal.
